Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the washing and drying of an anus without staining a bed by detecting a detecting mark previously stuck to the coccyx part of the upper part of a buttocks part of a lying down sick persons to accurately position a close-stool at the anus position of the sick person for accurately positioning the center of the close-stool to the anus part. SOLUTION: At the time of relieving oneself, first an auxiliary bed 7 is lowered below a bed, and next a motor 13 for rotating the wheels 12 of a truck 10 is driven to advance the truck 10 for setting the vertical moving device of a close-stool 15 just under an opening. In this case, a detecting mark 42 previously stuck to the coccyx part in the upper part of a buttocks part of the sick person is detected with a sensor 43 built in the close-stool 15 to accurately fit the buttocks part to the close-stool 15. Next, motors 22, 23 are driven to bring the upper part of the close-stool 15 into the bed opening having been closed by the auxiliary bed until then, and the upper opening of the close-stool 15 is fitted to the buttocks part of the sick persons to make the relieving oneself possible. After the relieving oneself, water is jetted from a buttocks washing nozzle 31 to wash the buttocks, and the wet buttocks is dried by a drying fan 30.
