Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bottom corresponding to a back from being separated from a headboard side and improve operability and comfortableness by providing a mechanism moving the bottom corresponding to the back toward the headboard at the time of back erection in a bed provided with a bottom erecting mechanism.
SOLUTION: When a motor 11 is started to extend a start section 19, a moving frame 3 is retreated to a fixed frame 2 via a fixed member 5, short and long interlocking arms 20a, 20b are displaced. The short interlocking arm 20a is displaced CW, and a start arm 18 is displaced via the interlocking arm 20b. As the moving frame 3 is retreated, a lower frame member 12, i.e., a back bottom 4a, is lifted by the first through third support arms 13, 15, 16 and is erected in conjunction with the displacement of the start arm 18, the whole bottom 4 is moved toward a headboard 6 side in conjunction with the moving frame 3, and the back bottom 4a is prevented from being separated from the headboard 6 side at the time of back erection.
