To provide a bed with a getting-up device capable of making only a person himself/herself easily get up without affecting other people.

A lying part 2 is divided into a head part 2A, a waist part 2B and a foot part 2C. The head part 2A is fixed to a bed frame 1 and the waist part 2B is connected to the head part 2A and the foot part 2C is connected to the waist part 2B respectively bendably. The second guide 5 of the waist part 2B is mounted on the movable side plate 6A of a movable frame 6, the rear part of the foot part 2C is mounted on a tilting plate 10 and the first guide 12 of the tilting plate 10 is fitted to the first groove 7 of the movable side plate 6A. The movable frame 6 is moved forward by a driving motor 15 connected to a timer 9, the foot part 2C and the waist part 2B are inclined downwards in a first stage, the waist part 2B is inclined further downwards and the front part of the foot part 2C is lowered in a second stage and a lying person 22 is made to sit and irradiated from the front surface of the lying person 22 by a lighting fixture 21.
