To simply and easily move a table plate to be used as a side table to a storage position and a use position.

The bed with a side table is constituted such that the table plate 4 is connected to a head board 2 of a bed body 1 via connectors 5 so as to be freely stored. The connectors 5 include: a connection arm 6 where the rear end is fixed to the table plate 4 and the top end has an insertion part 8 and which has an L shape as a whole shape by bending a portion between the top end and the rear end; and a connection cylinder 7 which is horizontally fixed to the rear surface of the head board 2 and to which the insertion part 8 at the top end of the connection arm 6 is inserted. The insertion part 8 in the connection arm 6 and the connection cylinder 7 have shapes to be inserted to a first insertion position where the table plate 4 is held in the horizontal attitude and a second insertion position where the table plate 4 is held in the vertical attitude. The table plate 4 is held in the horizontal attitude on the front side of the head board 2 at the first insertion position. The table plate 4 is stored in the vertical attitude on the rear surface of the head board 2 at the second insertion position.
