A receiving frame driving portion D is placed which changes to a late stage reclining state of tilting and raising the first tilting portion 9 for the base 7 in an extension state that the bedding mounting faces of the base 7, the first tilting portion 9, and the second tilting portion 10 are in the same plane form, an initial reclining state that the bedding mounting faces of the base 7 and the first tilting portion 9 are in the same plane form and only the second tilting portion 10 is tilted and raised for the first tilting portion 9, and a bending state that the second tilting portion 10 and the first tilting portion 9 are bent.
