A bedding is provided with the pillow which is freely changed in height by air pressure with a timer 4 or without it and a mattress which is freely changed in height by air pressure with the timer 4 or without it. Thus, fatigue in body is eliminated, a stiffness in shoulders, a strain in the neck or a headache are prevented and, then, the healthy and comfortable sleep is obtained.
