Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a use feeling such as comfortableness in bed by holding charcoal blocks even if a frame is not arranged, and supporting a load by charcoal particularly even in an outer peripheral part over the whole area.
SOLUTION: A bedding mat is provided with a base stand 10 formed by arranging charcoal blocks B in a large number of rows, a cushion layer 20 composed of different kinds of plural ventilating cushion members arranged on the upper surface side of the charcoal blocks B and a skin part 30 for covering the base stand 10 and the cushion layer 20. Then, a raw material of the charcoal blocks B is used as a 'method', these charcoal blocks B are adhered to a board 11 formed of a flexible resin cushion member by an adhesive 12 via a reinforcing plate 13 of a central part, the inside charcoal blocks B are arranged so that the grain direction crosses at an almost right angle to a board surface, the charcoal blocks B of an outer peripheral part is arranged so that the grain direction becomes almost parallel to the board surface and a cutting surface turns outside, a Japanese paper tape 14 is stuck along an outer peripheral surface, and a bamboo flexible blind 26 is interposed in the cushion layer 20.
