To provide a bedding suitable for lateral decubitus where sleeping in the state of the lateral decubitus is comfortable, the state of the lateral decubitus can be kept for a long period, and easing of apnea syndrome and reduction of snoring are possible.
The bedding suitable for lateral decubitus is positioned under the whole of the body, and consists of a ticking B and a filler A incorporated in the ticking B. Recessed parts a1 and a2 are provided at places on the back surface side of the bedding which correspond to the lower back and the shoulder parts of the body. In order to adjust a sinking amount at the recessed parts a1 and a2 of the bedding, adjustment cushion materials c1 and c2 which can be inserted into the recessed part are provided.
