Abstract:
To obtain a bedding capable of constantly maintaining climate in a bed at the most preferable temperature corresponding to a body temperature of a user.
In the bedding, microcapsules containing a phase change material are arranged in fabric composed of high-hygroscopic fiber. The phase change material contains, as a main component, a paraffin-based wax having a melting point at 22-37°C or its derivative. The microcapsules are dispersed in the fiber composing the fabric, or applied on the surface of the fabric with a binder. The high-hygroscopic fiber fabric is composed of paper yarn or acrylate high-hygroscopic fiber of 50-100 wt.%.
