Abstract:
To provide bedding in which the quality of sleep in the sleep time of an overnight can be improved.SOLUTION: A bedding body 10 is a mattress being made by using multiple pocket coils 11 that includes a first coil having low resilience, the second coil arranged outside of the first coil and having high resilience, a second placing table 1132 for lifting or lowering the second coil so that the tip of the second coil may become higher or lower than the tip of the first coil, and drive means 114 for driving the second placing table 1132. A control unit 40 controls the drive means 114 to drive the second placing table 1132, and thereby the resilience of the bedding body 10 is switched by the predetermined timing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
