The bedside information control system is used by a user utilizing a hospital related facility, and includes: a non-contact type chip reader/writer part 117 which is owned by the user and reads an electronic settlement means allowing the settlement of the user to be electronically performed; a card chip ID database (210) which stores the ID of the electronic settlement means read in the non-contact type chip reader/writer part 117 as an ID of each user; and a display 106 which changes a service menu image to be provided for the user for each user according to stored contents in the card chip ID database (210).
