Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bio-composite plastic that contains beer lees and a production process therefor.SOLUTION: Provided is a process for producing beer lees-containing bio-composite plastic comprising a step-a in which a beer lees-containing raw material is provided, a step-b in which a petrochemical plastics-containing raw material is provided, and a step-c of formulating the beer lees and petrochemical plastic and in which the amount of beer lees added is 10 to 60% and the amount of petrochemical plastic added is 40 to 90%, and in which, in step-a, a pretreatment unit 10 is included and a dewatering treatment 11, a drying treatment 12, a baking treatment 13, a grinding treatment 14, and a screening treatment 15 are carried out on the beer lees by the pretreatment unit 10 and the range of the major axis ratio of the particle diameter of the formed beer lees is 7.6 to 10.2 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
