To provide a beer taste alcoholic beverage having strong body by using a cereal-derived material.SOLUTION: A beer taste alcoholic beverage has a malt content of 50 wt.% or more in a raw material, the beer taste alcoholic beverage including a sugar-modified protein with a molecular weight of 35-50 kDa, having a high content of glycated lysine. The content of the glycosylated lysine is 55.0 nm ol/mL or more.
