Abstract:
To provide a beer-taste beverage with reduced sourness and an enhanced fruit juice sensation, a method for producing a beer-taste beverage, and a method for improving a flavor of a beer-taste beverage, achieving reduced sourness and an enhanced fruit juice sensation.SOLUTION: A beer-taste beverage according to the present invention has an acetic acid content of 150-450 ppm and a maltotriose content of 1000-9500 ppm. A method for producing a beer-taste beverage according to the present invention includes the step of adjusting an acetic acid content to 150-450 ppm and a maltotriose content to 1000-9500 ppm. A method for improving a flavor of a beer-taste beverage according to the present invention achieves reduced sourness and an enhanced fruit juice sensation, which includes the step of adjusting an acetic acid content to 150-450 ppm and a maltotriose content to 1000-9500 ppm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
