Abstract:
To provide a beer-taste beverage that has reduced bitterness of aftertaste and reduced harshness of carbonic acid and has increased fresh orange-like aroma, to provide a method for producing a beer-taste beverage and to provide a method for improving a flavor of a beer-taste beverage.SOLUTION: The beer-taste beverage has a menthone content of 50 to 800 ppb and a cineole content of 5 to 80 ppb. The method for producing a beer-taste beverage includes a step of adjusting a menthone content to 50 to 800 ppb and a cineole content to 5 to 80 ppb. The method for improving a flavor of a beer-taste beverage is a method for improving a flavor of a beer-taste beverage intended to increase a fresh orange-like aroma and comprises adjusting a menthone content of a beer-taste beverage to 50 to 800 ppb and adjusting a cineole content thereof to 5 to 80 ppb.SELECTED DRAWING: None
