To provide a beer-taste fermented alcoholic beverage with low sugar and purine body content that is excellent in richness and yet has suppressed heavy aftertaste, has clear taste, and is excellent in beer-like sharpness.SOLUTION: There is provided a beer-taste fermented alcoholic beverage that contains a soy bean protein decomposition product and alanine as a fermentation raw material, and has sugar concentration of 2 g/100 ml or less, purine body concentration of 2 mg/100 ml or less, and alanine concentration of 1 to 40 mg/100 ml.SELECTED DRAWING: None
