PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple beer frothing device and a method for generating high-quality froth on a beer poured into a glass.SOLUTION: A beer frothing device includes a frothing machine having a rotated/driven agitation part, a table for placing a glass thereon, a lifting device for supporting the table liftably/movably, and a control part for controlling operation of the frothing machine and the lifting device. Thus, froth is generated by the rotating agitation part of the frothing machine on a beer in a glass placed on the table.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
