Abstract:
To provide a bellows joint usable under negative pressure, and having suppressed thickness unevenness of a fluororesin film, and also to provide a production method therefor.
This production method has: a process for applying coating of a fluororesin 5 onto the inner face of a metal tube 3; and a process for applying bellows processing to the tube whose inner face is coated with the fluororesin.
