Abstract:
To automatically supply oil into an oil chamber of a bellows pump when the oil in the oil chamber reduces, to suppress large reduction of the oil in the oil chamber.SOLUTION: A bellows pump 1 includes a suction passage 2, a discharge passage 3, a piston 12, a pressure chamber 16 whose internal pressure changes with a reciprocating motion of the piston 12, and a bellows 15 dividing the interior of the pressure chamber 16 into a fluid chamber 17 and an oil chamber 18. The bellows pump further includes a container 20, a second bellows 21 dividing the interior of the container 20 into a second fluid chamber 22 and a second oil chamber 23, a fluid communication mechanism 40 providing communication between the fluid chamber 17 and the second fluid chamber 22 to let part of the fluid discharged from the fluid chamber 17 flow into the second fluid chamber 22, and an oil communication mechanism 30 providing communication between the oil chamber 18 and the second oil chamber 23 to let the oil discharged from the second oil chamber 23 flow into the oil chamber 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
