To provide a bellows tube hose capable of suppressing the occurrence of flowing sound and vibration by a turbulent flow itself or due to the resonance of a tube by suppressing the occurrence of the turbulent flow in transporting a fluid.

In this bellows tube hose, a metal bellows tube 18 formed by axially arranging waveform parts 30 having crest parts 26 on the radial outer side and bottom parts 28 on the radial inner side continuously with each other is formed as the innermost layer and the inside spaces 32 of the waveform parts 30 communicate with the inner spaces of the bellows tube 18 allowing a fluid to flow therein. A step F is formed between the bottom part 28a and the bottom part 2a of the bottom parts 28 adjacent to each other so that the start end part X2 of the downstream side bottom part 28a is positioned on the radial outer side of the terminal end part X1 of the upstream side bottom part 28a, and each bottom part 28a is so formed as to approach the axis of the bellows tube 18 as it advances from the upstream side to the downstream side.
