Abstract:
To provide a bellows valve with simple structure, which prevents external leakage of fluid and is manufactured at low cost.
The bellows valve comprises: a valve body 2 having a passage 201 of the fluid; a valve element 3 opening/closing the passage 201; a valve rod 8 driving the valve element 3 in an axial direction; and a metallic bellows 9 performing shaft seal of the valve rod 8. The metallic bellows 9 is a single long and thin bellows-like member and has a straight cylindrical part 91 at least one portion in the middle of a bellows part 90. The guide ring 12 inscribed in the valve body 2 can be fixed to the straight cylindrical part 91.
