To provide a bellows valve which is compact and operated with low operating force and which has quick response, high reliability, and high economic efficiency.
In this bellows valve, a valve element 3 is moved from a valve seat surface in the direction perpendicular thereto to open and close a valve seat hole 8. The valve element 3 includes a contact member brought into contact with a valve seat 9, an abutting shaft 13 disposed along the center axis of the valve element 3, and a bellows 12 which is installed so as to surround the abutting shaft 13, and one end of which is connected to the rear surface of the contact member and the other end of which is connected to the rear part of the abutting shaft. An abutting shaft receiving member 19 is positioned at the center of the valve seat hole 8. The bellows valve is set so that the abutting shaft 13 and the shaft receiving member 19 are brought into contact with each other in the half opened state before the abutting member is brought into contact with the valve seat 9. The contact member of the valve element 3 is driven in the opening/closing direction.
