Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt conveyance device that enables an operator to easily replace an endless belt laid over a plurality of rollers with a simple configuration, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A belt conveyance device 105 includes: an endless belt 1; a plurality of rollers that include a tension roller 4 providing a tensile force to the belt 1; a frame 7 to which the plurality of rollers are attached; bearing members 40 that are movably attached to the frame 7 and at least one of which can be removably attached to the frame 7; and urging means 8 for urging the bearing members 40 from the inner peripheral surface side of the belt 1 to the outer peripheral surface side. The removably attachable bearing member 40 includes a hole part 43 that receives a rotation shaft 4a of the tension roller 4 and rotatably supports the shaft, and a guide surface 44 that guides, in moving the bearing member 40 with respect to the frame 7 against the urging force of the urging means and attaching the bearing member 40 to the frame 7, the rotation shaft 4a to an opening 43a of the hole part 43 during the movement of the bearing member 40.
