Abstract:
To certainly detect deviation of a belt without fault caused by contact of the belt.
This belt conveyer has a first belt detector 27a for detecting existence of the belt 2 in a non-contact state at a position that is near one side end of the belt 2 and having the belt 2 when the belt 2 runs without deviation. The belt conveyer has a second belt detector 27b for detecting existence of the belt 2 in a non-contact state at a position that is near one side end of the belt 2 and having no belt 2. When a signal from the first belt detector 27a indicates the absence of the belt or a signal from the second belt detector 27b indicates the presence of the belt, a control part 22 detects the occurrence of the deviation in the belt 2.
