Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost by reducing members and working necessary for a supporting arm and its journalling part, and simplifying a structure in relation to a center-drive type belt conveyer.
SOLUTION: The return side of a belt 3 stretched on a conveyer main body (a) is set around a driving roller 7. A pair of supporting arms 9a, 9b for journalling snap rollers 8a, 8b are arranged on one side and the other side of the driving roller 7. Lower end parts of both supporting arms 9a, 9b are pivotally supported on a supporting part 10 to rotatably support the supporting arms 9a, 9b. The snap rollers 8a, 8b are formed freely to contact and separate to and from one side and the other side of the driving roller 7. Both snap rollers 8a, 8b are always push-pressed to an outer periphery of the driving roller 7 by an energizing means. The supporting arms 9a, 9b, and the supporting part 10 are formed of a long extrusion molding material extrusion-molded with a predetermined cross section, cut in a predetermined length.
