Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a conveyor device with a belt which enables the sure and tight installation of magnetic bodies on its main body, which is easy to produce and maintain and which enables the efficient and smooth transmission of driving force.
CONSTITUTION: Plural profiles 5 are arranged on the outer circumferential face of a belt main body 1, which is provided with trapezoidal gear teeth 1a to be geared with a sprocket in the inner circumference. The profile 5 consists of a case 6 made of carbon steel, a ferrite core 7 fixed inside the case 6, and an outer cover 9 of the case 6. The case 6 consists of a rectangular bottom plate 6a and vertical plates 6b standing from the side edge parts opposed to each other in the bottom plate 6a, and the side edge parts of the bottom plate 6a are projected to the outside of the vertical plates 6b. Excepting the upper end faces of the vertical plates 6b and their side edge parts, the cover 9 is formed by molding with the same material as that for the belt main body 1, and the lower part of the cover 9 is formed into an approximately E-shape, while its lower face inside is slightly projected so as to reduce an adhering face with the belt main body 1.
