Abstract:

To provide a collapsible and lightweight belt conveyor with sufficient strength.

A conveyor frame is divided into a main frame body 6c and a collapsible frame body 6a along a conveying path. The collapsible frame body 6a is connected to the main frame body 6c so as to rotate on horizontal shafts 24 extending along respective widths of hinged members 23, and a pair of left and right intermediate members 27 is provided between respective ends of the main frame body 6c and the collapsible frame body 6a. The intermediate members 27 are rotatable on the respective horizontal shafts 24 of the hinged members 23. A first cylinder device 31 is provided between the main frame body 6c and each of the intermediate members 27, a second cylinder device 32 is provided between the collapsible frame body 6a and each of the intermediate members 27, and struts 33 and crossbars 34 are provided between the left and right intermediate members 27.
