Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt conveyor lower in installation cost and adaptable for carrying plastic bottles while forming one vertical line for quality identification.
SOLUTION: A plurality of rollers 21-25 mounted on a first rotating shaft 11 and rollers 36-40 in the same number are mounted on a second rotating shaft 12. For the first rotating shaft 11, the rollers 21, 23, 25 in odd numbers counted from one end are fixed to the first rotating shaft 11 and the rollers 22, 24 in even numbers are rotatable on the first rotating shaft 11. For the second rotating shaft 12, the rollers 36, 38, 40 in odd numbers counted from the same end are rotatable on the second rotating shaft and the rollers 37, 39 in even numbers are fixed to the second rotating shaft 12. Belts 51-55 are applied in sequence to the rollers 21-25 and 36-40 in the same numbers of the first rotating shaft 11 and the second rotating shaft 12. The first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are set to be driven at mutually different speeds.
