To provide a simple structure effectively suppressible of the fluctuation of the tension of a core wire in a belt core wire supply apparatus which runs out the core wire to a belt molding die while applying a predetermined tension thereto.
The belt core wire supply apparatus 60 includes a means for braking by friction with a pressing force F along the thrust direction toward a roll 41 rotatably supported and winded with the core wire 3 in parallel. More specifically, the means for braking by friction includes a pair of thrust rings 45, 46 each forming a confronting braking plane 47, 48 respectively and a spring 51 which presses one of the thrust rings 45, 46 to the other, and further includes a braking force adjusting means comprising a sleeve member 49 which adjusts the elastic strength of the spring 51.
