Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curve conveyer device which prevents the breakage of a fan-shaped belt, and enables the fan-shaped belt to stably travel.SOLUTION: A belt curve conveyer device includes: an endless fan-shaped belt 15 equipped with an outer peripheral edge portion projecting out from a surface in a generally semicircular cross section; a driving head pulley 17 which is a taper roller; a driven tail pulley 16 which has a taper angle same as the head pulley; a device frame which journals the fan-shaped belt so as to make an upper surface of the fan-shaped belt become a horizontal surface; a plurality of guide wheel units 20 which sandwich the outer peripheral edge portion of the fan-shaped belt from a front side and a back side to pull the fan-shaped belt from a pivot of the fan-shaped belt to an outer periphery side; and a pressing pulley 21 which is disposed below the head pulley, and presses the fan-shaped belt wound around the head pulley toward the head pulley to prevent slipping with a fan-shaped belt back surface which is generated during rotations of the head pulley.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
