The belt drive member 200 is provided with a rodlike member 210 fixed on the outer surface of the shell so as to be extended in parallel with the center shaft, and an annular meshing member 220 having around its periphery a tooth or a recess part 221 meshed with a meshing belt 400, in its center a fitting hole 222 fitted to the shell, and a recess part 223 recessed from the fitting hole to the peripheral side and fitted to the rodlike member.
