PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely reduce slippage of an auxiliary pulley in operation start of an auxiliary machine, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A belt driving device A includes an internal combustion engine, a motor generator, an auxiliary machine capable of switching between an operation state and a stop state, a crank pulley, an MG pulley, an auxiliary machine pulley, a belt and a belt tensioner. When the auxiliary machine switches from the stop state to the operation state, torque of the motor generator is controlled so as to be equal to or more than a first threshold preliminarily determined as a positive value, or be equal to or less than a second threshold value preliminarily determined as a negative value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
