Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016023393
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camouflage belt that is difficult to recognize by visual inspection and infrared ray scope under natural environment such as desert and similar desert.SOLUTION: Beige, sand beige and brown dope-dyed yarns having predetermined HVC characteristics are produced by melt-spinning master pellets that are added a predetermined amount of improving agent for weather resistance and pigments as a colorant necessary for each color and are mixed with an infrared absorber and an infrared reflector. A belt-like camouflage belt 1 having camouflage patterns is produced by weaving three layers of fibers by using a Jacquard loom such that 45 to 55% of beige region BE, 35 to 45% of sand beige region SB and 10 to 20% of brown region BR, provided that the total ratio of the area of the three regions is 100%, occur on the surface of the woven fabric, and reflectance in the wavelength region of each color is within a range of predetermined values.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
