To secure freedom of design of a portion influencing design of a seat and fix an end to a seat back side without using a separately formed component for better appearance in a belt-like cover of a vehicle seat.

The belt-like cover includes a belt-like body 32 in such a size as to cover over a boundary 14 between a seat back 20 and a seat cushion 12, a fixed portion 40 to the seat back 20 side provided at an attachment end 34 of the belt-like body 32 to the seat back 20 side, and a latching means 50 provided at an attachment end 36 of the band-like body 32 to the seat cushion 12 side and latched to the seat cushion 12 side. The fixed portion 40 to the seat back 20 side is integrally attached to a back face 22b of a thermoplastic resin back board 22 disposed at a back face 10b of the seat back 20 with a heat welding means, and formed by a cloth-type material 41 not easily affected by heat.
