The belt manufacturing apparatus is constituted of a cylindrical inner mold 2 provided in a freely rotatable manner and equipped with a jacket having a heating/cooling medium passage therein, an outer mold constituted of a plurality of mold pieces 3a-3f arranged so as to surround the inner mold 2 and provided so as to freely advance and retreat in the direction right-angled to the axis of the inner mold 2 and having heating/cooling passages therein, a moving means for allowing the inner mold 2 to advance and retreat axially and a spinning device for winding the core wires of the belt around the surface of the inner mold 2.
