PURPOSE: To correspond with a seating state and physique of a seated occupant by providing a plural number of hooks capable of hooking a webbing between a shoulder anchor and a tang free to connect and disconnect and arranged in the vertical direction to hold the webbing on a relative part by hooking.

CONSTITUTION: A webbing 4 is passed through a belt position adjusting device 5 fixed on a pillar inner 1 at a part immediately above a retracter 2 and inserted into a through hole 7 of a shoulder anchor 6 fixed on an upper part of the pillar inner 1. The webbing 4 between an anchor plate 8 and a tang 11 is supported on a bent part 17 of a hook 14 by a hooking hook 14 by selecting the hook 14 most favorable in height relation of the belt position adjusting device 5 and passing it through a clearance between the hook 14 and a hook 18. Consequently, a support part on the upper side of the webbing 4 between the anchor plate 8 and the tang 11 is adjusted downward, and fitness of the webbing 4 is improved.
