To provide a belt for strain relax with which hair growing can be promoted by improving the stream of blood to the crown of the head by wearing onto the head, by providing a belt having a lock means at one end of its band body, and providing protruding objects having plural projections while mutually separated on the rear side of this belt.

A belt 12 provided with a lock means 15 for engaging the band body in the shape of loop by locking both the end parts of the band body having a length for wearing around the head is provided and, on the rear side of this belt 12, protruding objects 20 having plural projections 22 are arranged while being mutually separated. When using a belt 10 for strain relax constituted like this, the belt 12 is tightly mounted around the head. Then, the apex parts of projections 22 inside the belt 12 are abutted to the head skin but the other parts are not in contact so that the circulation of blood between the upside and downside of the belt 10 is guaranteed at the parts not brought into contact with the head skin. Thus, the strain of the head skin is relaxed, the bloodstream of the head skin is improved and the prevention of hair falling and the promotion of hair growing are attained.
