To enhance durability of a belt and a divided bead and to reduce wear in a belt retaining mechanism used for the belt using the divided bead.
The divided bead 16 is provided on a peripheral edge of the curve belt 13. A bearing roller 17 is engaged with a projection part 16A of the divided bead 16. The bearing roller 17 is rotatably mounted to a distal end 20A bent relative to a base end 20B of a plate-like support member 20. A rotation surface of the bearing roller 17 is arranged on a belt surface so as to be inclined by θ (30° or less) relative to it. The rotation surface of the bearing roller 17 and the distal end 20A are arranged so as to be left with a predetermined distance. When excessive force is applied to the curve belt 13, the bearing roller 17 is slightly moved by leaf spring effect of the support member 20 and shock absorbing function is accomplished.
