Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt transmission mechanism of an internal combustion engine that can suppress noise generated when power transmission belt flaps at startup of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: The belt transmission mechanism of an internal combustion engine includes: a first pulley 12 coupled to an output shaft 11 of the internal combustion engine 1; a second pulley 22 coupled to a rotation shaft 21 of a rotary electrical machine 2 having a power generation function; the power transmission belt 3 looped around both pulleys 12, 22; and a slipping transmission mechanism for transmitting rotation of the output shaft 11 to the power transmission belt 3 while including slippage immediately after an initial explosion of the internal-combustion engine 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
