Title:
BELT TYPE CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008064125
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a belt type continuously variable transmission capable of suppressing a shock when changing a driving state.

The belt type continuously variable transmission comprises a primary pulley, a secondary pulley 60, a belt 110 for transmitting the driving force transmitted to the primary pulley to the secondary pulley 60, a torque cam device 70 having an input side cam member 71 and an output side cam member 72 in which the input side cam member 71 and the output side cam member 72 are circumferentially supported in a relatively rotatable manner, the driving force or the driven force is transmitted by the contact of the input side cam member 71 with the output side cam member 72, and the belt holding pressure is generated between a secondary movable sheave 63 and a secondary fixed sheave 62 by generating the thrust in one axial direction, and a clutch device 80 which is provided parallel to the torque cam device 70 in a transmission path of the driving force or the driven force, and transmits at least a part of the driving force or the driven force through the coupling.
