CONSTITUTION: In a conveyor belt, comprising a tubular round cord to compose a belt type support body (a cord or strand-type carrier) welded with a cut edge 2, a ferromagnetic filler 5 is embedded as an element used as a marker for starting a control process in the round cord 3 formed of heat plastic substance. The ferromagnetic filler 5 is composed of a powder of iron or iron alloy, and iron oxide, chrome dioxide, or other ferromagnetic oxides. The conveyor belt and the round cord 3 are both formed of the heat plastic substance, and the strongest weld connection can be obtained by a welding device. By magnetizing this ferromagnetic substance, motion control commands are inputted and read for controlling the belt conveyor, etc.
