Abstract:
To properly supply an oil to a centrifugal hydraulic cancel chamber.SOLUTION: A continuous variable transmission 1 has a fixed pulley 41 having a shaft portion 411 provided with a shaft internal oil passage 413, a movable pulley 42 externally fitted to the shaft portion 411 and movable in a rotating shaft X2 direction, an oil chamber R2 including a rear surface 422b disposed on a rear surface of a sheave surface 422a of the movable pulley 42, and a centrifugal hydraulic cancel chamber R3 adjacent to the oil chamber R2. In the continuously variable transmission 1, the movable pulley 42 is constituted to be moved in the rotating shaft X1 direction by a supply pressure of an oil OL supplied to the oil chamber R2 through the shaft internal oil passage 413. A first oil passage 416 communicated with the centrifugal hydraulic cancel chamber R3 and a second oil passage 415 communicated with the shaft internal oil passage 413 are opened to an outer periphery of an area where the movable pulley 42 in the shaft portion 411 is moved. The communication and blockage of the first oil passage 416 and the second oil passage 415 are switched by the movable pulley 42 moving in the rotating shaft X2 direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
