In the belt with projections, a projection body 4 is erected on a back side of the belt while both sides of a supporting projecting part 1 are held on the supporting projecting part 1 projected from the back side of the belt 2 by a pair of joining parts of a base part of the projection body 4. The pair of joining parts 5 are connected to each other by a penetration connection part 7 filled in a through hole 6 formed in the supporting projecting part 1, and a groove is formed in at least a part of an upper face or a side face of the supporting projecting part 1, or at least a part of the upper face and the side face thereof, and the turn of the projection body is prevented by filling the groove.
