To provide a bench cutting machine effectively using the operations related to cutting.
This bench cutting machine 1 is provided with: a base part 2 on the upper surface of which a work is placed; a cutting part 4 which rotatably support a cutting blade 8 for cutting the work; and a support part 3 for supporting the cutting part 4 on the base part 2. The support part 3 has: a first support part 31 connected to the base part 2; and a second support part 34 which is connected to the cutting part 4 and reciprocates in the direction parallel to the upper surface thereof and the side surface of the cutting blade 8 relative to the first support part 31. A pump mechanism 5 for converting a part of the power for moving the second support part 34 relative to the first support part 31 into the power of a compressed air is provided between the first support part 31 and the second support part 33.
