Further, a second stopper bolt 47 for regulating the downward shaking of the circular saw part 20 above the lowermost limit position in order to form a groove with a desired depth is provided. This second stopper bolt 47 is revolvable with respect to the first stopper bolt 46. Furthermore, a revolving member 42 and a plate 39 are selectively placed on the stopper receiving part 38 and can come into contact with the second stopper bolt 47.
