To provide a bench which can be easily executed, has good appearance without exposing bolts, nuts, etc., and has sufficient countermeasures against mischief, etc.

This bench is equipped with support legs 12 comprising an imitation stone block, seat boards 14 bridged between the support legs 12, and back boards 15. Cut-off parts 23 with step parts 21, 23 for the seat boards 14 and back boards 15 to support the end parts of the seat boards 14 and the back boards 15 are formed on opposite faces of the support legs 12. The seat boards 14 and back boards 15 are placed on the cut-off parts via almost L-shape attaching plates 30 which are fixed to the seat boards 14 and back boards 15 by screwing from the backsides. The attaching plates have anchor members 32 equipped projected out the backside and are set into recesses equipped on the step parts and adhered and fixed by adhesive means filled in the recess parts.
