Title:
BENDER ELEMENT FIXING TOOL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3733528
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate fixing of a bender element to an object to be measured when the bender element is utilized in order to determine the shear rate of the ground, or the like.
SOLUTION: In order to adjust the gap with respect to a material to be measured, leg parts 13 consisting of a plurality of threaded bolts are projected at the corner of a base plate 11 toward the material to be measured such that the projecting length can be adjusted. The bender element 20 is fixed to a specified position on the side of the base plate where the legs 13 are projecting and is used thereat. The bender element can thereby set by simply mounting it on the surface of the material to be measured without causing any damage thereon. Furthermore, measuring conditions, e.g. the distance between the bender elements, can be reproduced at all times even if the measuring place is alerted.
