The thin steel plate is bent in such a manner that rollers 2 provided in the minimum spacing, drive rollers 3, and curved plates 4 are arranged on the curved surface; corrugated belts 1, 5 are vertically stretched; and the thin steel plate is passed through between the corrugated belts at low speed. The surface of the curved plate is provided with a plurality of dimples (recesses) with a small circular shape, so that the friction coefficient with corrugated belt is reduced.
