A cutting edge 4A is formed in a free end part side of the metal strap of the holding surface adjacent to the passing space in a lengthwise direction of the metal strap S, a bending chamfer is formed in an end part in an opposite side, and a plane like external shape of the blade part 5 has a shape similar to the passing space slightly dimensionally smaller than it.
