Title:
BENDING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011056540
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To allow the most advantageous working against gravity by turning both of a material mounting part and a working part.

A bending device includes, on the top of a pillar: a material fixing part for turning a linear material around of the axial line in the state where the linear material is thrown down horizontally and fixed; a mandrel by a working part of which the material projected horizontally from the material fixing part is guided and which has the axial line orthogonal to the projected material and is provided on one side or both sides of the material fixing part; a mandrel turning part for turning the mandrel around its axial line; a disk-like bending sleeve on the center of which the mandrel is penetrated and fit turnably around it; a bending projecting part which is provided projectingly on the bending sleeve; a bending sleeve turning part for turning a bending sleeve around its axial line; a mandrel revolving part which is made so as to turn the mandrel on the vertical plane about the extension of the horizontal axial line of the material placing spatial part of the material fixing part; and a mandrel horizontally moving part which moves the mandrel in parallel to the horizontal axial line of the material placing spatial part of the material fixing part.
